What does a monthly retainer include?
A set block of hours for updates, content, campaigns, SEO and fixes, plus security and hosting management. Urgent issues jump the queue.
Is a retainer only for websites?
No. Retainers cover marketing too — campaign and email production, content, social and reporting — or a mix of both, since the same two people do all of it.
Can we start with a project and add a retainer later?
Most clients do. The project builds the site or the brand; the retainer keeps it working and growing.
Do you work with clients outside Maine?
Yes. Most of our work is remote, with clients across New England and the United States.
